We stand behind our installation. If something we did fails — leaks at flashing we installed, loose shingles we nailed, failed seal at siding we caulked — we make it right per the terms of your written contract.
Workmanship coverage terms vary by project scope, material, and product line. We document the specific term that applies to your project in the signed contract, along with what's covered and the steps to file a workmanship claim.

Materials carry their own manufacturer warranties, typically much longer than ours:
We register every project with the manufacturer at completion so the warranty is active. You'll receive the warranty certificate within 30 days.
Transferable warranties are available on qualifying roofing systems. Transfer eligibility, fees, and conditions depend on the manufacturer and the specific product installed. We document the transfer requirements in your contract and notify you of any transfer fees or paperwork required at completion.
